New to build warehouse + offices at Turnhout

New building to be constructed on SPC's site.

The existing building and paving will be demolished. The green area with pond in the south-east corner of the site will be raised. The new layout of the site will be in two phases. 

The first phase includes the construction of a 4605-sq m warehouse and a 202-sq m office on the southern half of the plot. Two unloading docks for trucks are planned on the eastern side. 
This will be followed by the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a warehouse with an area of 4009 m2 and offices with an area of 204 m2 on the northern half of the plot. An unloading quay is planned on the eastern side of the building. 

Two 20,000-litre rainwater cisterns will be installed, one 5,000-litre cistern and a 5,000-litre septic tank. 
Around the buildings, at the western, southern and eastern boundaries of the site, asphalt pavements will be installed. 
Adjacent to Atealaan and to the east of the northern warehouse, parking spaces will be provided with permeable clinker paving.
