Officecenter opens 7th location, of which the first one in Brussels

Officenter opens its 7th location, of which its first in Brussels.  Officecenter bought the building located on the Luchthavenlaan 27 in Vilvoorde from JP Morgan (Colliers)   The 4.000m² empty office spaces will be rebuilt into serviced offices with horeca.  Each Officecenter location is owned by about 15 local entrepreneurs in the relevant region. 

Ricoh Belgium has opened a new division

Ricoh Belgium has opened a new location thanks to the intervention of Structura.biz. Ricoh Belgium is a company specialised in document management and outsourcing. Based in Woluwe-Saint-Etienne and with a total surface of 1.860m², this division should contribute to the development of a new activity. Ricoh has been selected to take over, in Belgium, the entire printing activities and postal management of AXA, the international French group specialised in insurance.

WE Women Bruges moves

In Bruges, WE Women relinquishes its space to the group Bestseller (Jack and Jones), who will rent this building of about 380 m² at Steenstraat 51. We Women will move to the same shop as We Men. The asking rent was 350,000 € par an. This transaction was made possible thanks to the services of Bureau Gerard by Structura.biz.
