Sale of an Industrial Site in Marche-en-Famenne

This former industrial site, previously dedicated to wood processing, had become obsolete and remained unsold despite nearly four years on the market.
To maximize the opportunities for a successful sale, a strategy was implemented to divide the building into two separate units. This approach made it possible to meet more specific market needs and broaden the pool of potential buyers.
As part of its search for an industrial hall of approximately 4,000 m² to establish a cold concrete production facility in the Namur region, Pirson SA had already visited several sites without finding a suitable solution. Still looking for a property that matched its requirements, the company eventually agreed to visit the site in Marche-en-Famenne.
From the very first visit, it was clear that the site was an excellent fit. Impressed by the available space, the site’s potential, and its development opportunities, Pirson SA quickly decided to submit an offer to purchase part of the property.
This transaction breathed new life into an industrial site that had remained vacant for a long time, while providing Pirson SA with a strategic location to support the continued growth of its operations.
