Sale of an industrial site in a prime Machelen location

We assisted in the sale of an exceptional industrial site of over 1.5 ha in the heart of Machelen’s vibrant business zone. The site, owned by Sumitomo Chemical Europe, includes approximately ± 8,000 m² of storage space and a modern office building of ± 2,250 m² with underground parking.

The sale was conducted through a competitive bidding process that attracted a large number of offers. The site was ultimately sold to a party that will use the location for its own operations.

Fun fact: We previously supported Sumitomo Chemical Europe in finding its new base in Belgium. The Japanese chemical company chose a modern office building on the prestigious Park 7 site in Diegem.
