Letting of a Logistics Site in Bornem

We advised on the letting of an industrial property located in Bornem, set on a 3,989 m² plot. The premises comprise a 1,300 m² warehouse equipped with 2 loading docks and 2 sectional doors, complemented by substantial office space and a large parking area.

The property had become vacant following the bankruptcy of the previous tenant.

The new tenant is a company we already knew well, as we previously leased their former premises in Willebroek, which consisted solely of offices and parking facilities. As part of their continued growth, they required additional warehouse space to provide storage services to their clients.

By maintaining close contact over the years, we were once again able to support them in this next phase of their development.
