From acquisition to sale: a successful transaction in Merchtem

Following the acquisition of new premises in Ternat through our mediation, Copytec moved out of their building in Asse and mandated us to handle the sale. Manatile, a company from the area, acquired the property and will temporarily use it for offices and partial storage while awaiting their new-build project.
