TWI moves into the former Telenet office in Zaventem

We are proud to announce the successful sale of the office building located at Lozenberg 9 in Zaventem. This transaction was realized under a co-exclusive mandate and brokered by our Office Agency. Despite a challenging office market in this micro-location, Structura.biz managed to find a perfect match with TWI.

TWI, a custom-built company committed to social employment, had been searching for a new location for some time. Their previous location in Woluwe no longer met the needs of the growing company: the building was not only outdated but also too cramped. The choice ultimately fell on the building at Lozenberg, a building with potential and a strategic location.

The office, which formerly served as Telenet’s headquarters, had been vacant for some time. Thanks to this repurposing, the building will soon be given a new lease of life. In collaboration with Captif, our sister company and expert in office design, TWI will transform the building into a contemporary workplace tailored to their employees. The former Telenet office is thus being given a new lease on life with a social purpose.

This transaction is not only a positive step for TWI, but also a positive development for the Zaventem office market, where vacant buildings are being repurposed sustainably.
