Sumitomo Chemical Europe, a Japanese chemical company, was looking for a new office building for its Belgian branch. The company was looking for a sustainable building with the necessary sustainability certifications.

They chose a brand-new building on the Park 7 site in Diegem.

The office building, owned by Immogra Project Development, is ideally located between Brussels Airport and NATO.

The building has a total office space of 10,862 m² spread over nine floors and three underground levels, with 247 parking spaces and 70 above-ground parking spaces. There are also approximately 229 bicycle parking spaces inside the building and approximately 150 bicycle parking spaces outside.

Furthermore, the building has BREAM excellent and Well gold certifications.
