Structura.biz successfully brokers the sale of 5 buildings in the Brussels periphery.

Structura.biz has successfully managed a transaction for the listed real estate company Intervest Offices & Warehouses, based in Berchem. This involves the divestment of four office buildings and one semi-industrial building to Own Premises Invest/SV Patrimonia for €27 million (excluding taxes and acquisition costs), which was completed in Q3 2016. The buildings are located in the northern periphery of Brussels and comprise nearly 40,000 m² of floor space and 770 parking spaces.

Structura.biz will also seek new tenants and owners for the buyer, Own Premises Invest/SV Patrimonia. Structura.biz was able to convince both parties not only through successful past references but also through its extensive knowledge of the local market.
