Structura.biz sells 4,587m² office building in Brussels

The municipality of Saint-Josse-ten-Noode purchased the Art Deco building located at 284 Koningsstraat.

The building’s total gross floor area is 4,587m². The building was previously owned by SD Worx Holding, which acquired it in 1997 and carried out the restoration work. A new building, connected to the Art Deco section, was also constructed.

The building will serve as the new location for various municipal services, including urban renewal, urban planning, mobility, and communication. Municipal employees will relocate from Avenue Astronomie to this new office. Furthermore, the technical department will be centralized in the new building.
