Structura.Biz is celebrating a first: its office team has brokered the first lease in Intervest’s Greenhouse BXL. This redevelopment project was completed in May 2018, making it one of the newest office projects on the outskirts of Brussels.
Cazimir, a law firm known for its expertise in asset management, was the first tenant to sign on. They occupy 700 m² of office space in Intervest’s new project.
The Greenhouse Building has had a successful launch thanks to its focus on the new way of working. Intervest emphasizes that the pleasant work environment, including sports facilities and a green environment, contributes to a seamless integration of work and experience.
