In the Perwez business park, we advised on the sale of a mixed-use property of ± 1,880 sqm on a 5,216 sqm plot.

The building comprises warehouse space (± 1,240 sqm), offices (± 240 sqm) and a showroom (± 400 sqm). The mandate was handled in co-exclusivity with another agency.

Through a targeted analysis of the local economic landscape, we identified strategic buyers and generated three concrete offers. Despite a temporary withdrawal from the market, our continuous follow-up maintained competitive momentum.
