SME building in Machelen

We recently successfully sold another commercial building at the Bright Business Park in Machelen. This transaction was fully supported: we first helped the owners find a new property in Heusden-Zolder, after which we exclusively handled the sale of their existing building.

The property includes a 987 m² warehouse, a 129 m² showroom, and an additional 340 m² of office space on the mezzanine. With 17 private parking spaces and a functional layout, this was an attractive opportunity for several potential buyers. Thanks to an active sales campaign and strong interest, the sale was completed for €1,925,000.

Trawoollaan remains a key location for us: we have a strong presence there and regularly conduct transactions, which also contributed to a smooth and efficient transaction in this case.
