Share deal completed in Fernelmont

Structura.Biz is proud to announce the completion of a share deal between Mobicold, the seller, and Coopeos, a Belgian citizen cooperative committed to a sustainable energy transition by valorizing local wood.

The transaction concerns a warehouse located in the industrial zone of Noville-les-Bois (Fernelmont), with direct access to the E42 motorway, a strategic location for logistics and industrial activities. The site includes a warehouse of approximately 800 m² and offices spread over two floors of approximately 130 m² each, situated on a 2,500 m² plot.
