Sale of business units – Sint-Katelijne-Waver

We recently assisted in the sale of three high-quality, newly built business units, ranging in size from 539 m² to 700 m². The units were developed by an experienced contractor/developer and were in an advanced stage of completion at the time of sale.

A total of 1,239 m² was sold to a single company active in the production and installation of swimming pools. This company was already located in the same business park and purchased the new building to expand its existing infrastructure. The entire project was developed sustainably, with a focus on a high-quality, future-oriented work environment.
