Sale of a family real estate portfolio

The Dubois family, which had been active in the production of plastic casings for several decades, gradually closed down its industrial activities. Following the sale and liquidation of their trading company, they also wanted to divest from their real estate holdings.
In this context, we have intervened to assist them with the sale of their real estate company, which owns two major assets:
• A 5-hectare industrial site in Sombreffe,
• A rental property located in Ixelles.

The transaction for the Sombreffe site was finalized with BMK, a company specializing in the sale of building materials, which will establish its future logistics center there.

This project, which took over a year, required customized support, combining legal coordination, technical preparation, and strategic negotiation. We are pleased to have relieved the sellers of the complexities of the process and ensured that the sale proceeded according to plan.
