Rue des Palais 32-34-36 in Brussels finds a new future

Our Offices department has successfully completed the sale of three townhouses located at Rue des Palais 32, 34, and 36 in Brussels. The Brussels Family Center, the former owner, used two of the buildings as offices, while the third was rented to AIS.

These properties, comprising a basement, a ground floor, and three upper floors, were acquired by Fairground, who will make them available to L’Ilot. This association is actively involved in protecting and supporting homeless people.
