Storo acquires building from Growners for self-storage in Zaventem..

In the spring of 2025, Storo will open a new location in Zaventem. Our office team has found the ideal building with the desired surface area for this self-storage specialist. This modern facility covers 5,850 m² and offers 600 storage units with sizes ranging from 1 to 30 m². The site is part of a redevelopment project for the office park located on Wezembeekstraat. The original office building at this location was previously acquired by Growners and leased to Xerox.

The new location not only offers additional storage space for individuals and businesses but also contributes to the revitalization of local real estate, making the region more attractive to entrepreneurs and residents.
