Keolis selects a strategically located warehouse in Kampenhout

Structura.Biz has finalized the lease of a warehouse in Kampenhout, comprising a total of 1,366 sqm of storage/workshop space and 468 sqm of office space spread over two levels.

The building offers a generous clear height, access via a sectional door, bright offices with sanitary facilities and a kitchenette, as well as on-site parking.

After a marketing period initiated by another intermediary, we were able to identify the ideal candidate: Keolis, a well-established player in the transport sector, who will occupy the premises for storage and the installation of a bus workshop/maintenance facility.

The strategic location, close to the main routes towards Brussels, Mechelen and Leuven, with quick access to the E19 motorway and Zaventem Airport, proved to be a decisive asset.
