Hotel in Schaerbeek gets a new purpose with social impact

A strategically located 3,500 m² hotel building on Artanstraat in Schaerbeek, featuring 35 rooms and studios, was recently acquired through a share deal. This transaction, managed by our investment department, marks the start of an innovative and socially relevant project.

The building will soon house a social impact hotel, an innovative and unique project in Brussels.

The ambition: to offer immersive training in the hotel industry to newcomers, giving them a real stepping stone to employment while simultaneously addressing the acute staff shortage in the hospitality sector.
