62 Avenue du Duc Jean in Ganshoren changes ownership

The investment team at Structura.biz has completed, through an exclusive mandate, the sale of a student housing property at 62 Avenue du Duc Jean in Ganshoren. The buyer is an association of private investors from Brussels.

The building, constructed in 1948, covers an area of approximately 2,000 m² and includes 37 rooms along with communal spaces. Originally, the building was used as a retirement home, but since 2004 it has been rented out as student housing. The asking price for the property was 3 million euros.

The new owners plan to bring the property into compliance with urban planning regulations and renovate it, giving the building a new life cycle.
