Grez-Doiceau: a unique site to simplify logistics

Le Parc de Gastuche had previously been occupied by a single tenant across all its warehouses. We were entrusted with finding new tenants for each available space.

We worked diligently to quickly identify suitable tenants. One of these warehouses has now been leased to Optimade, a company active in the events sector. This unique 4,600 m² site on Chaussée de Wavre 504 provides our client with a centralized space, making logistics and operations much simpler.
