Structura.biz brokered a transaction between Intervest and Dynalogic Benelux NV, a subsidiary of bpost.
The tenant will move into the building located along Industrieweg in Boom in December 2018.
The building features 17,100 m² of storage space and 1,100 m² of office space.
A key factor in Dynalogic Benelux NV’s search was their need for a combination of a large number of sectional doors and loading docks, which meant that standard industrial buildings weren’t always suitable.
