Moreover, we were convinced that during the commercialization phase, we shouldn’t focus solely on end users—investors also saw potential in this development. We quickly found one end user interested in the rear section of the development. The remaining spaces were indeed sold to an investor.
They ultimately appointed us as their exclusive broker for the rental of the units, showroom, and office space. We found two new buyers there as well. One unit is used for storage. The remaining units, showroom, and office space were rented to Fenix ​​Design. They specialize in organizing trade fairs and building stands.
