Copytec acquires Bricks IFS and moves to Ternat

On July 1, 2025, Copytec acquired the property company Bricks IFS. Bricks owns a multifunctional commercial building at Essenstraat 4 in Ternat, near the E40 motorway.

Copytec, currently located in Mollem, will relocate its operations to this new building. The building comprises 1,048 m² on a 2,454 m² site and offers space for offices, a showroom, and storage.

The acquisition and relocation are being managed by Structura.biz, which is also handling the sale of Copytec’s current building in Mollem.
