Commercial building in Diest

We recently successfully sold a commercial building of approximately 1,000 m² on Leuvensesteenweg in Diest. The sale proceeded through a traditional asset deal, and despite a difficult start to the price negotiations, we succeeded in bringing buyers and sellers to the table and reaching an agreement that was acceptable to both parties.

The buyer, an end user, will repurpose the building into an experience concept with facilities such as bowling, karaoke, VR, and other recreational activities. This sale demonstrates how even less obvious properties can achieve excellent results thanks to an active and solution-oriented approach.
