Brussels family office acquires Square Sainctelette 11-12 in Brussels

The investment team at Structura.biz has completed the sale of the office building at Square Sainctelette 11-12 in Brussels on behalf of a Brussels family office. The buyer is another unnamed Brussels family office that acquired the building through a share deal. The asking price for the shares assumed a real estate value of €4.5 million.
The 3,000 m² yellow office building, built in 1958, served as the headquarters for the seller’s activities for many years. Today, it is fully leased to various tenants. With its canal views and proximity to the Yser metro station, it offers excellent potential for residential redevelopment.
The real attraction is located opposite the building, where Brussels residents are looking forward to the neighborhood’s transformation, fueled by the redevelopment of the former Citroën site – an initiative of the Brussels-Capital Region in collaboration with the Pompidou Museum.
