Who are we?
Structura.biz is an expert in commercial property that advises both Belgian companies and international players on finding the right property solution. It does so in various market segments: industry, offices and retail. Structura.biz organises the sale and rental of commercial buildings, advises both private and public investors on property investments, values commercial property (portfolios) and supports companies with broader strategic property issues (business case analysis, TCO, stay or leave, etc.). The head office is located in Strombeek-Bever, and there is also a branch in Brussels (Louiza).
What can you do?
As an intern, you will supervise the sales and/or rental process from start to finish. You will advise owners on the right approach to renting or selling their property, organise visits with interested prospective buyers or tenants, supervise negotiations and, finally, draw up the final contract between both parties.
You will work closely with your team and your manager. Developing a region gives you energy and you derive satisfaction from establishing new contacts and building new relationships. The customer is your focus. You know how to analyse their needs and formulate an appropriate response. This enables you to build long-term personal relationships.
Who are you?
- You are not afraid to proactively enter the market. This allows you to get to know your region and potential customers.
- Giving up is not in your vocabulary; you remain driven and determined to find the right match.
- You keep a cool head in challenging situations and can come up with creative solutions thanks to your insight. You also do this by consulting with your team.
- You have a commercial mindset and possess a great deal of persuasiveness and assertiveness.
- You are flexible and can work independently.
- You are a native speaker of Dutch with a good knowledge of French (or vice versa).
